Boy? Girl?

We get to go to Richfield this weekend to visit my sister who is in town from Texas. While we are down there we get to go in for an ultrasound and find out for sure this time what the baby is. So we would like to get everyones guesses...what do you think it is going to be? Expect to hear the big news sometime Sunday or Monday!!

Baby H

We were able to have an ultrasound while we were down in Richfield for Christmas. Here are some of the first pictures of Baby H at 12 weeks. They said that they think it is a boy but they couldn't tell for sure, we will have to wait another week or two to find out. I am 15 weeks now and starting to get a little bump...I'll post more pictures later. Other than that our lives have been pretty much the same. We have decided to start the house hunt and have found a few prospects that we can hopefully go look at next week. We are super excited but will be sad to leave Palmyra.

Merry Christmas From the Hamberlins...

Our First Christmas Tree...It's a Charlie Browner For Sure!
Hamberlin Family
2008
2008 has been a great year for our family!! Andy and I got engaged on April Fools Day at Cascade Golf Course and were married 5 LONG months later on August 9th 2008 in the Timpanogos Temple. We were able to enjoy a 2 week, 3 part honeymoon in
Park City, Las Vegas, and Washington DC during the middle of August. We were lucky enough to find a cute little house in Palmyra to rent and we are loving living out in the country. We did
experience a fun summer living with very little water since our well was having some issues…luckily our water is back!
ANDY suffered through a summer of statistics this year but all of his hard work paid off and he graduated from Utah Valley University in August with his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He currently works at Natures Sunshine in the order sales department and recently
got called to teach Elders Quorum in Church.
JALIZABETH is still working as a Speech Language Pathologist at East Meadows Elementary in Spanish Fork. She has also been working for the State of Utah, teaching children
ages 1 and 2who have speech delays. She is also grateful to be teaching primary in the Palmyra
ward and teaches 3 cute little Valiant 10 girls.
We have enjoyed a fun and exciting year but are looking forward to 2009!
We are excited to announce that we are expecting our first child around July 17 and are so excited to be adding to our family and more importantly to be providing my mom with another grandchild!!
We love you all and are grateful for the support we have received throughout the year.
Love, Andy & Jalizabeth Hamberlin

The Tale of 2 Santas...

For years (like Andy's whole life plus 10 or so years) this Santa has been an icon in the Hamberlin house. Honestly I am not super fond of it and was not thrilled when Andy moved it into our house. First of all it has orange eye shadow, second of all the beard, hair, and eyebrows are made of fiberglass so if you touch it you will break out in a nasty rash. Needless to say I was not looking forward to having Santa hanging out at our house!
Sadly...Andy's brother Mitchell really wanted Santa to spend Christmas (and hopefully every Christmas from here on out) at his house so reluctantly Andy gave him up. I was so happy that Andy gave up Scary Santa that I let him buy another Santa and here is what he found. A much better choice!!
