We spent the weekend working on getting Paxton's room painted and ready for some furniture. When we moved in, this room was dark purple and light purple striped (of course with greenish tanish moldings and doors like the rest of the house.) Oh yeah and don't forget the ladybugs and dragonflies that were stamped in hot pink along the ceiling. I wish I had a before picture but I think it is on my mom's camera. Now after alot of aches and pains and a few tears...the room is the perfect shade of grey blue with a freshly painted ceiling and white moldings and doors.
Yesterday I got what I had been waiting for since February...we finally got his crib and dresser put up in the room. It has been sitting in our dining room for months in a huge box and I just could not wait to get it set up! Here is a picture of the crib (there is also a matching dresser)...Now I can't wait to get the rest of the room decorated!
