Heard at the Hamberlin's-April

Here are some of our best one liners from the month of April!
 PAXTON:
-Paxton has been into making up elaborate stories lately!  On our trip to St. George he told me, "I saw a lizard in the water and Abby deaded it with a big rock like a big as a couch!"
-Also in St. George we were trying to decide on somewhere to eat and Pax kept asking "Where are we going?"  I told him he would just have to wait and see...apparently he was not going to wait and see because from the backseat he exclaimed, "I know it we're going to the future!!"
-One night we heard him moaning and groaning in his bed which usually means that it is going to be a long night...well he ended up crawling in bed with Andy while I was feeding Kyson and all of the sudden he started yelling, "You ate all of the BBQ sauce...you really did that, I can't believe you ate all of the BBQ sauce."
-Andy had had a bloody nose in the middle of the night one night and had accidentally left one of his bloody tissues on his nightstand.  Paxton came in the next morning and was quite concerned about what had happened.  After I explained about the bloody nose he thought about it for a bit and explained, "Dad must have picked his nose in public...that's how you get a bloody nose."
-Pax had to give a talk in primary a few Sunday's ago about the responsibilities of Moms and Dads.  I was helping him give the talk and I whispered in his ear "dads have responsibilities too."  Pax looked up at me with a confused face and said, "No they don't, Dad's are awesome!!"
-At dinner one night Paxton was trying to convince me that he could eat dinner on the couch.  His argument, "I'm allergic to eating at the table but I'm not allergic to eating on the couch!"
-Everytime...and I mean everytime Paxton burps he exclaims "Burp King" and often adds "Where's my burp trophy?"  We are working really hard on excuse me and so far have gotten him to say "Burp King, excuse me."
-Okay last one...my mom came and stayed with us for a few days while our babysitter was on vacation.  On the way home from school Paxton was telling me what he had done with Grandma that morning.  He was telling me how Tegan had gotten in trouble and his reaction to that.  The story went a little bit like this..."I was just staring at Grandma and at Tegan and at the couch and then I...wait what does staring mean."  I told him it meant to look at someone for a long time and he continued, "Oh yeah that is exactly what I was doing!"

TEGAN
-Tegan has also been talking in his sleep quite a bit lately and his ramblings also seem to revolve around food...The other night he was sound asleep begging me to get him some fruit snacks!
-Everything with Tegan is "Watch this"  watch him do tricks, watch him eat, everything.  The only thing he doesn't want us to watch is him playing the iPad!
