Kyson was blessed on March 2, 2014 at our ward in Payson. We were so lucky to have about 60 of our closest friends and family there to participate in the blessing and celebrate with us at brunch after church.
Kyson wore the same blessing outfit that both Paxton and Tegan were blessed in and was wrapped in a white crocheted blanket that my Grandma Brown gave to Paxton when he was blessed. I was excited to be able to pass this outfit and blanket down to another sweet Hamberlin baby!
Andy gave Kyson a wonderful blessing! He blessed him that he would have the gift of patience because he was sent here to be a peacemaker for his brothers and for his family. He was also told that he was sent to this earth by family members that had passed to the other side. Another part of the blessing that stood out to me was that Andy blessed him with the gift of tongues that he would be blessed with that gift so that he could teach the gospel to people in foreign lands. What a great blessing for this special little boy!
We are so blessed to have such amazing family and friends to come and share this special day with us! Thank you again for coming and for spoiling our little boy!
